GID Urban Development
The GID Urban Development Group creates pedestrian-oriented mixed use destinations in locations with strong underlying fundamentals that reflect the principles of "New Urbanism"—neighborhood in which to live, work, and play, with shopping and dining, public spaces and entertainment venues. The Urban Development Group works with existing community leaders and municipalities to create compelling neighborhood destinations.
To support the announcement of two new real estate development projects in Atlanta and Houston, mediumbold worked from conceptual renderings and photography to create a high-level impression of the personality and energy of these proposed neighborhoods. The websites convey the general feel of the architectural design of the buildings and outdoor space and evoke a positive response in various neighborhood constituencies and show GID's commitment to building a true community at a human scale.
